PERFORMANCES
TO BE NATURAL IS SUCH A VERY DIFFICULT POSE TO KEEP UP (2009)

Toyboys wish to question established truths concerning identity, gender and sexuality.

We are floating, then we fall, with a crash.

"To be natural is such a very difficult pose to keep up" is the last part of the trilogy "TOYBOYS goes queer writers".

In the first part, "Non Stop - Soundless", Toyboys were inspired by the works of Jean Genet. The second part,
"The man at the tramstop", was motivated by the lyrics of Alf Prøysen. The third and last part of the trilogy is
inspired by Oscar Wilde`s and philosopher Maurice Merleau-Pontys works.

WE ARE HERE, WE ARE QUEER, GET USED TO IT.
